Individuals participate in the development of a Treatment Plan that focuses on developing strengths to achieve measurable goals in their Life Domains, which include: Housing; Employment; Financial; Education; Mental / Physical Health; Spirituality; Legal; Family and Social Relationships; Leisure; and Recreation.

Counseling and Psychotherapy

• Psychotherapy is the process of examining thoughts, feelings, and behavior, as well as looking at personal and/or family relationships to gain greater understanding about our concerns or problems.                                     

• The service includes you meeting with a clinician a minimum of one hour per week, learning how to develop reality based goals and then creating solutions that will increase the likelihood that you will achieve those goals.

• Understanding the difference between what you want and what you need, and strengthening your ability to manage stress that contribute to symptoms of depression, anxiety, restlessness, and anger, as well as building resilience for coping with life’s challenges.
